Darrell is Vice President, Associate General Counsel at 3H Corporate Services. He leads a team of compliance professionals providing bespoke corporate services to company founders and executive teams. Darrell’s knowledge and expertise across a wide array of topics, including business formations, consolidations and withdrawals, special purpose vehicles, trade/fictitious name registration, registered agent services, and secretary of state periodic report preparation and filings, help an ever-growing roster of clients remain compliant with myriad regulations as cost effectively as possible. Darrell earned a B.S. from University at Buffalo, a J.D. from Albany Law School, and a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Corporate Compliance from George Washington University.
